This private tour offers the flexibility to choose your own starting time and pick-up location. You can even select your preferred mode of transportation, whether it’s walking, using public transport, or a taxi/Uber (not included in the tour price). Want more exploration time? Extend your tour by up to 3 hours for an additional 50 EUR/hour.

While we strive to make our tours accessible to everyone, the Prague Castle area can be a bit challenging for people with mobility issues. But if you can handle walking around 5 to 10K steps a day without any issues, you’ll be just fine. We can also use public transport and/or uber for longer transfers (tickets are not included in the price of the tour).
Comfort is key on our tours, so we recommend wearing shoes that can handle Prague’s famous cobblestones and dressing for the weather. And don’t forget to bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated!
Don’t worry, we won’t let a little rain dampen our spirits! Just make sure to check the weather forecast and come prepared with an umbrella.

Tipping is not obligatory, but it is always much appreciated and welcome. In general, you can aim at 10%, but only if you’re happy with the services you received.

– more than 21 days in advance, you will receive a refund of 100% (minus the booking fee, which is non-refundable).
– between 4 and 20 days in advance, you will receive a 50% refund (minus the booking fee).
– less than 72 hours before the tour’s starting time (Prague local time), there’s no refund.
