May 17: Experience Asia in Karlín
Experience Asia in Karlín brings the flavors of Japanese, Indonesian, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, and other Asian cuisines to Karlínské náměstí. Expect street food stalls, spices, music, and a relaxed open-air atmosphere in one of Prague’s most enjoyable neighborhoods.

May 24: Beer & Burger Festival
Start the season with one of the simplest and best food pairings: beer and burgers. The Beer & Burger Festival returns to Karlínské náměstí with Czech craft breweries, gourmet burgers from local restaurants and street food vendors, music, and a relaxed outdoor atmosphere.
This is an easy event to recommend if you want something casual, social, and not too complicated to fit into your Prague plans. Come hungry, bring cash or a card, and expect Karlín to be busy.

June 6: Festival of Embassies: Food & Culture Tourism
The Festival of Embassies is one of Prague’s best international food events. Embassies, honorary consulates, chambers of commerce, and foreign communities present traditional dishes, drinks, desserts, cultural performances, and small souvenirs from around the world.
It takes place around Vítězné náměstí in Dejvice, away from the busiest tourist routes, which makes it a good choice if you want to see a more local part of Prague while tasting food from many countries in one place.

June 13: Apetit Piknik
Apetit Piknik is a relaxed all-day food festival organized by Apetit magazine. It takes place in Grébovka, one of Prague’s loveliest parks, with food stalls, tastings, family-friendly activities, workshops, picnic areas, and appearances from Czech food personalities.
This is a good option if you want a slower, more local-feeling food event rather than a crowded city-center festival. It is especially pleasant if the weather is good and you want to combine food with time in the park.

June 14: Experience Italy in Karlín
Experience Italy in Karlín turns Karlínské náměstí into a small Italian marketplace, with Italian food, drinks, flavors, and a summer neighborhood atmosphere. If you are staying near Karlín, Florenc, or the city center, it is easy to reach by tram or metro and works well as a casual lunch or afternoon stop.

June 19–20: Beer Festival at Náplavka
Beer Festival at Náplavka is a tasting festival of small and micro Czech breweries held along the Rašínovo embankment. Expect beers from dozens of Czech breweries, food stalls, music, and the lively riverside atmosphere that makes Náplavka popular with locals.
Entry to the area is usually free, but beer tasting requires buying a festival glass. It is a strong choice if you want to experience Czech beer culture without leaving Prague.

June 20: Asia Food Fest

June 20-21: Prague Ice Cream Festival
Who could say no to ice cream in Prague at the beginning of summer? Prague Ice Cream Festival brings together gelato, soft serve, sorbets, vegan ice cream, ice rolls, ice lollies, fruit, drinks, coffee, competitions, and family-friendly entertainment.
The festival takes place at Výstaviště in Holešovice, which is easy to reach by tram from the city center. It is a good option for families, anyone with children, or honestly anyone who believes ice cream counts as a valid lunch on a hot day.

August 30: F.O.O.D. Picnic
F.O.O.D. Picnic brings a relaxed end-of-summer food festival to Ladronka Park. Organized by F.O.O.D. magazine, it combines small producers, farmers, street food vendors, bistros, food trucks, drinks, picnic areas, and family-friendly programming.
Expect a wide range of food, from grilled specialties, burgers, ribs, pulled meats, hot dogs, Mexican, Asian, and French cuisine to vegetarian, vegan, sushi, cupcakes, popsicles, lemonades, cider, wine, and craft beer.

September 19: HOT and SPICY Food Festival
If you like chili, hot sauces, bold flavors, and spicy dishes from around the world, this one belongs on your list. HOT and SPICY Food Festival takes place at Smíchovská náplavka and focuses on spicy food, exotic flavors, and heat-seeking tastings.

September 20: Veggie Náplavka
