All private tours include a dedicated local guide, flexible start time, and a pace tailored to your group. We also include pickup and drop-off anywhere in Prague, so the day feels easy from start to finish.
Yes, pickup is included. We can meet you at your hotel, apartment, or any central meeting point you prefer, and we’ll finish wherever you’d like to be dropped off (Old Town, your hotel, a restaurant, etc.), as long as it’s downtown.
Absolutely. We have a recommended route for each tour, but we’ll adapt it to your interests, walking pace, and priorities — more history, fewer stairs, extra photo stops, or specific sights.
Our tours are in English by default. Other languages may be available on request (depending on guide availability) and usually come with an additional fee.
You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 21 days before your tour. Cancellations between 21 days and 72 hours receive a 50% refund. Within 72 hours of the start time, the tour is non-refundable.
